How does pHastr work?
pHastr raises blood alkalinity with enteric-coated bicarbonate, delaying fatigue and supporting higher performance.
Will it upset my stomach?
Traditional bicarbonate often causes GI issues. pHastr’s enteric coating reduces this. Still, about 3–5% of people are naturally sensitive no matter what.
How fast will I feel it working?
Effects are noticeable in your first session. Peak benefit comes when dosed correctly 2–3 hours before performance.
Can I stack it with other supplements?
